The Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian Women's Cricket team will aim to create history and win a senior Women's ICC title for the first time in history on some soil when they host the 2025 Women's Cricket World Cup from September 30 to November 2.
India will play on all five venues in the league stage, with the clash against Pakistan outside Indian shores at the Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The Women in Blue will play their first and last round-robin stage in Bengaluru's Chinnaswamy Stadium while also playing two matches at the ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam. The two-time runners-up will also play one each at Guwahati's Barsapara Stadium and Indore's Holkar Stadium.
The entire tournament is expected to see day-night matches with start timing set to be 2:00 PM IST.

As per the information revelaed by the ICC, no venue has been pre determiend yet by the ICC for the semi-final that India will play. It is certain that Pakistan will play their last four clash in Colombo on October 29. If the Women in Green do not qualify, Guwahati will host the first semi-final. The second semi-final on October 30 and the final on November 2 will take place in Bengaluru. The summit clash will also be moved to Colombo if Pakistan qualify.
This is the fourth time that India is hosting the biggest competition of women's cricket after 1978, 1997, and 2023.
