Gujarat Picklers Flourish On Opening Day Of 4th IPA Nationals Pickleball 2025 At Bennett University

The 4th IPA Nationals Pickleball had a grand start at Bennett University on January 23. Players from all age groups are scheduled to take part in the. After the huge success of the FIP Promotion India Padel Open, Bennett University has come up with a pickleball event which is expected to elevate the sport’s status in the country.
In addition to age groups of 35-plus, 50-plus, and 60-plus for men and women, professional athletes, boys, and girls will compete in both team and individual competitions. Participants and spectators can expect an exciting and inclusive event as competitors compete in singles, doubles, and mixed doubles divisions.
The first day mostly comprised team events as players in the U-14, U-16 and U-18 categories participated in the opening day alongside players in the open category. Both in the U-16 and U-14 Boys category team event Gujarat came out on top. In the Women’s open team event again Punji Raval, Punarva Shah, Anshi Sheth, and Rakshika Ravi of Gujarat defeated West Bengal's Agnimitra Bhattacharya, Amrita Mukherjee, Dipti Srivastava, and Danielle Jones. Uttar Pradesh secured third place.
In the Men's Open Team Event, Rajasthan came out victorious with the team of Aditya Ruhela, Vansh Ruhela, and Divyanshu Kataria, securing a hard-fought win over Gujarat, who finished second, while Karnataka took third place.
The U-16 and U-18 Girls' Singles were merged, with Aarna taking first place and Ragini securing second. In the U-14 Girls' Singles, Aarya stood first, while Dhviya and Dhvija came second and third.
In the U-18 singles event, Dev Shah defeated Purvansh Patel 11-7,11-8 in the final. In another match, Aditya Chandrawat defeated Suyash Bamboriya 11-6,11-8 to take the U-14 boys singles title.
Vishal Nishad defeated Vivan Patel 11-10, 11-4 in the U-16 boys singles final to take the crown. Aayra Khanna takes the top spot in U-14 Singles at the 4th IPA National Pickleball Tournament.
