Rajasthan Royals are currently taking on Lucknow Super Giants in an exciting encounter in the IPL 2025 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Riyan Parag is captaining RR as Sanju Samson has been ruled out of the game due to a side strain, which he suffered in the last match vs Delhi Capitals. At the toss, he did a bizarre trick with the coin, which even stumped rival captain Rishabh Pant, as it resulted in a hilarious moment.

As the coin was handed over to Riyan Parag, he tossed it in the air all of a sudden without flipping it. Rishabh Pant expected the coin to be in the air for a little more time, as he was left stunned and did not make any call. Hence, the toss had to be redone yet again. Amidst this Rishabh Pant hilariously quipped at Parag asking why he tossed the coin all of a sudden.

"Tune aise hi phek diya?” (“You just tossed it like that?”), said Pant, as all those present burst out laughing.

Rajasthan Royals entered the match without Sanju Samson who is missing due to injury, as 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi was handed a debut. As they were put in to bowl first, the home side began with a bang as they removed the wickets of in-form players Mitchell Marsh and Nicholas Pooran in the powerplay itself. Rishabh Pant failed yet again as he gave away his wicket after scoring just 3 runs.

Aiden Markram then went on to smash a half-century as he stabilized the LSG innings with Ayush Badoni as they put a fifty-run stand for the 4th wicket. Markram departed for 66. Badoni went on to slam his first fifty of the season, and then departing immediately after. Abdul Samad slammed 30 from 10 balls in the end as LSG scored 180/5.
