Second ODI between Pakistan and New Zealand would be played at Seddon Park

Pakistan are all set to play their second ODI match against New Zealand in Seddon Park, Hamilton, on April 2. Presently, New Zealand are leading the three match ODI series 1-0. New Zealand won the first ODI held at McLean Park, Napier and would be looking forward to seal the series after winning the five-match T20I series 4-1.
In the first ODI, Pakistan, chasing a mammoth total of 344, were in a strong position at 249 for 3. However, a four-wicket haul by Nathan Smith led to a dramatic collapse as Pakistan were bundled out for 271, losing the match by 73 runs. Pakistan face a must-win situation on Wednesday to save the series. Pakistan's opening batter, Usman Khan, has been ruled out of the second ODI due to a hamstring injury. Usman Khan made his debut in the first match of the ODI series, scoring 39.
The pitch at Seddon Park is known for supporting the bowlers early in the game, with minimal help for spinners. The team winning the toss would likely choose to field first.
