Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will renew their rivalry when they square off in their second match of IPL 2025. The much-awaited fixture will be played in Chennai on Friday (March 28). This will be their first game against each other since their IPL 2024 game. RCB pulled off a win against the Yellow Army to qualify for the playoffs. CSK crashed out of the league stage.

Virat Kohli kicked off the IPL 2025 season with a half-century against Kolkata Knight Riders. The India legend remained unbeaten on 59 off 36 balls as RCB chased down the target of 175 with ease. He hit 3 sixes and 4 boundaries in his knock.
Virat and Phil Salt provided a quick start to RCB in the chase and added 95 runs for the first wicket in just 8.2 overs. Salt smashed 56 off 31 balls against his former IPL team.
