In his inaugural address, newly elected President Advocate Ghulam Abbas Jamal announced a series of upcoming initiatives to revive and expand basketball across Sindh.

Veteran official Ghulam Muhammad emphasized that the PBF, led by President Brigadier Iftikhar Mansoor and Secretary Khalid Basheer, must officially recognize the SBA elections. "We have no intention of forming or supporting a parallel association," he stated. "We only seek our rightful place and ask for sincere cooperation in promoting basketball. Basketball activity in Karachi and Sindh is more vibrant than in any other region of the country—this progress must not be hindered."
