The 2025 Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy has been a spicy affair so far, as it has reached the halfway mark following the Lord's Test. After three matches, the teams are enjoying a well-deserved eight-day break before they turn up again in Manchester for the fourth Test, before action returns to London for the final game at the Oval.
Currently, England are leading the series 2-1 after victories at Headingley and Lord's by five wickets and 22 runs respectively. Meanwhile, the visitors won the second game at Edgbaston by a huge margin of 336 runs.
In Shubman Gill's first assignment leading the side, the young Indian side has largely impressed, but will be left regretting the defeats in the first and third games. In both instances, the visitors were dominant and had a golden chance to win, but had no one but themselves to blame for a few unforced errors.
So far, India has used 13 players in the series. While a few players have had standout series, few have disappointed.
