India are currently taking on England in the crucial 3rd Test of the five-match series at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground in London. Chasing a win to take a 2-1 lead in the series, India had a decent start to the match as they bundled England out for a total of 387. The star of the show for Shubman Gill's team was none other than Jasprit Bumrah, who returned to action after missing out from playing the 2nd Test match. The superstar pacer picked up yet another five-wicket haul, thus creating history. After the innings got over, he shared a playful banter with his teammate and star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja.
Bumrah was pretty subdued after his historic bowling spell, as he did not celebrate much. He was then asked by his team to lead them to the dressing room after the England innings ended, but the star pacer was reluctant to do even that. It is then that Ravindra Jadeja teased him by asking him to at least say well bowled to the rest of the bowlers. "Hamein toh bol ki well bowled (Appreciate us too by saying 'well bowled')," Jadeja said.
Hearing this, Bumrah rushed back to Jadeja and hug him. He then went on to say that he was appreciating none other than Jadeja himself. "Main toh aapke liye hi bol raha tha (I was saying it for you only)," Bumrah said.

Jasprit Bumrah Breaks Kapil Dev Record

Jasprit Bumrah put his name on the iconic honours board of the 'home of cricket' with a stunning spell of 5-74. This included the big wickets of Harry Brook, Ben Stokes, Joe Root, Chris Woakes, and Jofra Archer.
This was Jasprit Bumrah's 16th five-wicket haul in his career in Test cricket. This was also his 13th away from home, which is the most by any Indian player in history. The 31-year-old broke Kapil Dev's record, which stood for 34 years, as the ex-Indian captain took 12 five-fers in his career outside Indian shores.
