SHOCKING! India's First Differently-Abled Ironman Niket Dalal Found Dead After Falling From 2nd Floor

Tragedy struck one of the biggest history-makers in Indian sports on the night of June 30. Niket Srinivas Dalal, who is India's first differently-abled Ironman, was found dead on the morning of Tuesday, July 1, in Maharashtra's Chattrapati Sambhaji Nagar. He suffered this tragic fate after falling from the second floor of the hotel he was staying in at the Samarthnagar area of the city. This accident reportedly took place at around 8 AM. Dalal was the son of former Deputy Mayor Lata Dalal.
Reports have stated that a fire broke out in the house of Dalal on the night of June 30. Since the house was deemed unsafe to stay in, his friends brought him to this particular hotel at around 2.30 AM. The next morning, the body of Niket was found fallen in the hotel's parking area.

Who Is Niket Dalal?

Niket Dalal was a speech therapist by profession. He created history in 2020, when he finished the prestigious Ironman Triathlon, becoming the first visually impaired person in the world to do so. He is also the fifth differently-able athlete in history to complete earn the title of Ironman.
Dalal finished the Ironman 70.3 triathlon in record time. This included a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bicycle ride, and 21.1 km run.
Niket Dalal lost his vision in 2015 after suffering from glaucoma. When he suffered this big setback in his professional life, he was already employed as a speech therapist in his hometown. By then, he had already won three medals in national level swimming competitions.
